I received a text message from Brandi this morning informing me that she had given birth to Lilly and that it was time for a photo session! Brandi and Toby were really wanting to have some photos done while the family was at the hospital. So I gathered up my gear and headed over to the Adventis Medical Center.
The great thing about being a wedding photographer is that no two days are the same and that many of our clients consider us their photographer for a lifetime. We have the opportunity to document the most incredible moments in peoples' lives and have the opportunity to develop relationships with couples that last for years and years.

Baby Hunter was born on February 3, 2010 and entered the world at 21 inches long and weighing 9 lbs 9 oz. He is such a darling and he really likes hearing the sound of the camera shutter. He kept looking around trying to figure out the camera noises and especially liked seeing the flashes go off from time to time. We got some smiles, some nap time, some awake time, some more nap time, and even more awake time -- the life of a little one!

Oh my goodness Paul! We absolutely love the photos. This session turned out to be just as amazing and incredible and emotional as our engagement session. This is something we have waited for for a long time, and to be able to capture the happiness and joy that Toby and I are experiencing right now is so special to us! Thank you for everything, your professionalism, your eye for the right poses, your semetry :) and your understanding for how very special these photos will be to us for the rest of our lives! We can't thank you enough!

For those of you who have been following our blog for some time, Janice and Tom may look familiar. We photographed their wedding in September of 2006 and we most recently had the opportunity to meet up with them again for another significant event in their life. Welcome baby Peter! He was born on November 23, 2009. Janice, Tom, Peter, and I met up just a few days ago for a 6 week session. It is such a pleasure to document such special moments in peoples' lives.
