About Paul Rich Studio Paul Rich has a natural gift for capturing real moments. Known for his ability to put his subjects at ease, he uses an artist's sense of composition with a technician's knowledge of light. Paul has a talent for quietly capturing the lovely tender vignettes that will evoke the feeling of your event for years to come.

Paul pursued wedding photography at the ripe old age of 13. He began working as a photographer's assistant and photographed his first wedding by the time he turned 18. While earning his degree in photography at Bard College in New York, Paul had the opportunity to study with such notable photographers as Stephen Shore and Larry Fink.

Meet Andy.  He is 6' 8''. 

Meet Stephanie.  She is...  Let's just say she is less than 6'.

Stephanie & Andy are absolutely adorable and an absolute pleasure to photograph.  We met up this past weekend for an engagement session that brought us from Hoyt Arboretum all the way up to Pittock Mansion.  It was a classic fall day with beautiful crisp air and the foliage in full swing. 

Stephanie & Andy are getting married at the Governor Hotel in downtown Portland on April 17, 2010 and we are looking forward to the big day!
